We project-managed the delivery of 24 five-car Bi-Mode low-carbon trains for First TransPennine Express and Hull Trains.
With units built in Japan and Italy, we installed resident engineers in each factory to monitor progress and assure quality.
Angel Trains provided a joint project management service to represent the operators.
Our proven collaborative approach was applied by a dedicated Project Manager, with a Project Engineer ensuring technical compliance. Once the trains went into service, asset knowledge was transferred into Fleet Engineering to provide our customers continued support.
